Miaoqing Huang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Computer Engineering at the University of Arkansas. He received his PhD degree in 2009 from The George Washington University. He has been in organizing committees of various international conferences and reviews submissions for dozens of conferences and journals.
